Shipping policy
Our shipping prices vary based on weight and suitable postage options are displayed at checkout. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DPD, with delivery days from dispatch (not from order placement).
During busy periods, dispatch may take an extra 1-2 days. We offer Standard delivery within 3-7 working days and Premium delivery within 1-2 working days. Premium delivery includes priority packing and express postage, but excludes certain locations.
We deliver to Ireland and try our best to dispatch quickly, but parcels may be delayed. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and we cannot be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, postage will need to be paid again for resending. We will assist you in resolving any delivery issues, please note we are limited by the assistance of the courier company. Please note that mistakes on the address cannot always be noticed as postage labels are auto-generated from orders. We will not refund the original postage cost were there has been a error in inputting the correct address by the customer - It is the buyer's responsibility that they input the correct shipping address.
DAMAGE PARCEL
At our company, we prioritise delivering parcels in a timely and efficient manner. That's why we have carefully chosen reputable couriers to handle our shipping needs. Our chosen couriers have consistently provided excellent service, ensuring that high volumes of parcels are delivered to our customers promptly.
Despite our best efforts to ensure that parcels are delivered in perfect condition, we understand that unfortunate events may occur during transit. If, for any reason, your parcel is received damaged and has caused damage to the contents, we urge you to contact us immediately.
To assist you in resolving the issue, we will require photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged products. This information will help us assess the extent of the damage and determine the appropriate course of action. Please note that without this information, we may not be able to assist you.
We take pride in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service, and we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue and make things right.
LOST PARCEL
In the rare instance that your parcel is lost in transit or there is a delivery dispute, please contact us immediately within 7 days of order dispatch.
We are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the courier completes an investigation and provides their outcome. Our couriers use GPS tracking and photographic evidence to verify successful delivery, which is used during the investigation process.
Please note that investigations can take up to 14 days, and we kindly ask for your patience during this time.
If the courier for your parcel is DPD , you will be required to sign a legal form confirming that you have not received the parcel. Please complete this form as it is necessary for us to assist you.
